We are currently looking for a Project Designer for our commercial team to work on hospitality and retail projects.

You will assist in the development of projects and inspire your team to ensure that an initial concept is developed and successfully delivered through to the final stages on time and on budget.

Ideal candidates will have solid experience of working in luxury interior design with a good understanding of current trends in hospitality and retail interior sectors.

Managing your team on a day to day basis and being the main client contact; good communication and people management skills are essential as well as an excellent understanding of architectural design, materials and product design.

Responsibilities include: developing and preparing scheme designs, liaising with contractors and clients, generating and contributing to new business.

We are currently looking for an experienced Public Relations Manager to continue to promote our Studio, our projects and our products across the media and our channels.

You will have an understanding and experience of both the design and luxury PR spheres and a network of contacts across each sector.

This role sits within our Marketing Team, and whilst leading on PR, you will liaise on a daily basis with the wider team to create, manage and deliver campaigns to an agreed strategy, as well as support the Leadership Team on new business where appropriate.

Being familiar with the architecture and interiors delivery process is desirable. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills; be able to write design statements, press releases and copy, and will have excellent skills at reporting analytics and metrics to the Leadership Team.

An avid interest in current events in the design world together with an ability to develop relationships/a rapport with journalists and editors is key to success in this role.

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to continue to secure the prestigious international design projects that we are renowned for.

As part of the Management Team, you will be very familiar with the sales cycle and generate new business from networking, cold calling and managing leads. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills; be able to write commercial pitches and proposals and deliver to potential clients.

An avid interest in current events in the design world together with an ability to develop client rapport and professional relationships are key to success in this role.

Here at David Collins we encourage applicants from any academic design background (Furniture Design, Spatial Design, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Products Design) to apply to our paid six month internship programme.

The scheme enables graduates to develop their knowledge of the design industry while actively contributing to the Studio.
