We are recruiting an HR Manager to join our team, to implement of our people strategy and to lead HR Best Practice processes across The Studio.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience within an interiors and architecture studio, a commercial approach to HR and the ability quickly to develop rapport with individuals across the Studio. To be successful in this role, you will be an excellent communicator, be able to multi-task and prioritise, and possess an awareness of current employment trends within the design industry.

Desirable skills include experience as a member of a Senior Management Team and knowledge of payroll & pension processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment of all Studio staff and maintaining and developing excellent relationships with recruitment agencies, providing support to Managers on employee relation issues, and ensuring policies and procedures are communicated to all staff effectively, providing training where required.

We are currently looking for a Mid-level Interior Designer to join our Residential design team.

You will assist in the development of projects and inspire project teams to ensure that an initial concept is developed and successfully delivered through to the final stages on time and on budget.

Ideal candidates will have 4-5 years experience working on luxury residential interior design projects with a good understanding of current trends.

You will have an excellent understanding of architectural design, materials and product design. You will focus on supporting the day to day delivery of the project. An excellent communicator; providing support to the senior team to ensure that the project concept is delivered.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Demonstrate the ability to think creatively, developing and preparing scheme designs, managing incoming and outgoing drawings, detailing specific project requirements e.g. furniture sketching, electrical drawings, models etc.
