Created for Swire Hotels and opened in October 2014, The Continental is an all day dining restaurant evocative of Europe’s grand cafés.
The concept for the interior respects the iconic architecture designed by Heatherwick Studios and creates an emerald green interior referencing Hong Kong’s lush Peak.
The restaurant measures 324 square metres and features a total of 185 covers. Rowley Leigh is chef-patron.
